Mr & Mrs Hunt wanted a large and flexible living and dining space incorporated into their kitchen.
Scope of Works
Large wrap around ground floor extension, including reconfiguration of existing space, new kitchen and a garage extension.
The kitchen extension was the perfect finishing touch to this stunning period property.
The space is modern but sympathetic and has added genuine value to this beautiful family home.
Mixing natural stone and matching brickwork with contemporary and high end finishes the space is truly the hub of this family home.

Laburnham Cottage
Multi Generational Living
Mr & Mrs Chilton wanted to extend, and completely refurbish the family home to comfortably accommodate their family and elderly mother.
Scope of Works
Double storey wrap around extension, including new annexe, full refurbishment including kitchens, bathrooms and a new central heating system.
Nestled away in a pretty village in Hampshire, the house had been in the family for decades but needed updating to accommodate 2 generations.
Working with a local architect, the design agreed on was truly transformational, both internally and externally and included a fully equipped annexe.
The clients decided to move out for the duration of the works.
Access issues and weather were challenges at times, but all were managed expertly by PPM’s dedicated back office.
